2. Q. Can I choose which styles will come in my Container?
   A. There are certain guidelines which SHOENET.com has in order to purchase a container.
   This section is dedicated to selling container loads of shoes. These containers include a few different types of items. Some of these items are, liquidation, closeouts, and hot shoes from past seasons that were delivered late and as a result the companies had to close them out. The original cost prices on most of these items are much higher than the price that you are paying for them. Therefore these goods are selling very fast and it is impossible to guarantee 100% the availability for these items. Additionally, we might have 10 cases on one color and 30 on another color. Therefore we will provide you with a special section for each price range ($2.50, $5.00, and $10.00) of the containers that you are available to you. A small percentage of items will not be available in the quantities that you will want due to the nature of this business. We estimate that 80% of the items we will have for you. We would like you to choose the styles that you prefer to have more of, and a representative will contact you with the current availability for the items. The faster the payment process is done the higher the chance will be for you to receive the items that you would like. This offer is on a first come first serve basis. We have provided a table above which contains detailed information on the breakdown of each type of container, and the amount of items that can be ordered for each. When ordering shoes from these sections please choose the amount of items that are appropriate for the container size that you would like to purchase (Based on the table above).
   
   
3. Q.  How is shipping handled for these containers?
   A.  Shoenet.com will do their best to coordinate with the shipping forwarder that the customer chooses, or the forwarder that Shoenet uses.
   Shoenet, will not be responsible for any losses, or delays caused by the shipping forwarder. All issues with shipments will be dealt with the shipping forwarder.
   
   
4. Q.  Who is responsible for the Customs, Duties, and Taxes?
   A.  Shoenet is not responsible to pay for any Customs, Duties, or Taxes, the customer is completely responsible.
