First Time Buying Online Guide

1. SHOENET.com has created an easy and friendly order form. When you have found a product of ours that you are interested in you simply click on the shopping cart icon or the style number.
   
2. By clicking on the shopping cart or style number, an order form will appear showing the selected item and a full description of that item.
   
3. Now its time to select the color, quantity and the number of cartons of the selected product.
   
4. After you've finished selecting the colors and quantity for the desired item, click on "Shop For More" to take you back to the same catalog or go to a different category and add any other item to your existing order.
   
5. While you are shopping if you have changed your mind about a product, simply make your change, or completely discard the product by un-checking the "confirm" box, and press the "Recalculate" button.
   
6. After all the desired shoes are ordered, and changes are made, click on the "Ready To Go" button to place your final order.
   
7. Finally you are brought to a simple order form, where you can choose from various different methods of payment.

• pay by credit card: simply fill out the information on our safe
  and secure server (Quickest method of shipment)
  
• Bank Transfer: call our toll free number ((877)A1-Shoes) or email
  us at info@shoenet.com and we'll send you our banking information promptly.
• pay by check: once we've received the check, the shipment will be sent out within 3 business days.
  Please make all checks payable to Tradings.net Inc.
• Western Union or other money wiring: all money should be sent to Tradings.net Inc.
  as the recipient. For large orders, paying by Escrow service is acceptable, please contact us for more information.
• COD with a credit card or check deposit: (20% off the total order) in advance.

8. Shipping:

• For all regular orders: SHOENET.com along with UPS has devised a system of shipping all packages securely using a computerized tracking system linked directly from UPS to our monitoring station.
  
• For larger orders: We use EDI express for a reliable, affordable, method of shipping,
  which we recommend. And UPS Hundred Weight service. If you have a preferred shipping company, we will gladly use the one of your choice.
  
• For export shipping world wide: Since we are located in the heart of Manhattan we have multiple shipping forwarders that specialize in specific areas of the country such as South America, Europe and Africa.
  

9. Return Instructions (Failure to follow these steps will result in a refusal, at Customer's expense):

• An RMA # must be issued by Shoenet.com BEFORE you return any merchandise.

• ALL MERCHANDISE SENT WITHOUT AN RMA # WILL BE REFUSED AT SENDER’S EXPENSE.
• All returns must be in original box(s).
• All claims for shortage, damage or shipment error must be made within 7 days after receipt of shipment.
